May I ask if you know what does zip air do if there is a connecting flight? Atlanta is my first American destination, but then I take another flight from there to finally get home. Would I pick it up and then carry it with me domestically? Would it be safe (I don't want the meat to unthaw) to carry the meat for so long (once I get to Atlanta it is another 7 hours until I reach a fridge)?

Zipair packs the beef very neat too, looking sturdy. I hope they'd open more routes in the future :) :) Shizuka-nee and Leina-san really nailed this one. Shizuka and Leina power team ! From my experience on a premium meat like the Wagyu , need to let it warm up to room temperature after thawing in the fridge. Followed by wicking away any moisture with a paper towel . Grill or fry by letting the high heat "kiss" both sides to rare or medium-rare and letting it rest for a minute or two. Season when and how you see fit , then enjoy !

@@JapanbyFood never heard about this? so any unguarded delivery box in us is a target for beeing stolen, so even at an airport i doubt people wouldnt be tempted for an expensive piece of beef unguarded at an airport, even though they have camera, its still almost imposible to track people stealing luggage, so stealing top notch beef... yeah, they probably should do this in special claims section xD only my option though
