Took my first ride on Saturday with a buddy of mine who is a pilot. i gotta say it was an amazing experience . ive been on youtube for the past few days just watching videos like these. i really think i want to start training to become a pilot. i hope things work out and that i will be able to become a pilot eventually.

I’m born and raised in San Diego and now currently living in Dallas TX. Dream would be to fly out to San Diego once I become a pilot. Until then thank you for the incredible views on the approach!!

Awesome video! I have a 172A, based in Kansas City MO, last May I was flying to San Diego but weather stopped me at Sedona Arizona, I’m VFR only. I definitely will make that trip to San Diego, I would like to fly up the coast, maybe to John Wayne airport. Thanks again!!!

Flew to SAN at night in Piper years ago dinged 25$ ramp fee in the 1980's at night

Jeff Daugherty that’s awesome, ya we got fuel at signature and that surprisingly waived all other fees

Syn Zen Kitchen ha, the funny thing is your views and comment makes me money. I grew up on food stamps with a single mom. But I’m glad I’m doing better than you.

Just don’t go to LAX for the sake of just doing it. It’s dangerous, challenging and expect a hefty fee before they let you take off again.

Clear? Go vfr

Jeff Daugherty wanted to practice IFR in a SE and just makes it easier for ATC and there was a cloud layer forecasted
@austinformedude5 жыл бұрын
Sometimes IFR is easier. Especially in a class Bravo. They have to take you if you are IFR...they can turn VFR away if busy.

Jeff Daugherty ya, there was a broken layer at 1400 so couldn’t go VFR and we’d likely get turned away flying VFR into a class B airport, besides IFR is way easier than VFR.

@@PropGear yea but I personally hate all the routings or changes.

why a ramp fee?..another american ripoff for americans. flying is expensive enough.
@TylerZ43585 жыл бұрын
Ed Moore I don’t agree with ramp fees either. They don’t promote aviation.
