Flying Mother Home In My Twin Engine Airplane!

What a GREAT flight home with my mother and Pop's after a fun weekend in San Antonio. I flew them up there in my 1981 Piper Seneca III twin engine airplane.

For the negative Nancy’s that keep saying pops is a distraction - you have to remember that he is also an experienced pilot and is doing his best to teach/help Kay. Believe it or not, she teaches him as well. So stop with it. You’re doing great Kay ❤

That Seneca is surely a beautiful bird. I like the Seminole too--with its T-tail, it looks like a little airliner. Fun to see your family in the air with you--I always enjoyed flights with my family when I was on vacation, because during my decades of business travel, I flew alone and my colleagues did not join me until I had been working with my clients a few days. The only reward is I was booked on one airline so often some of the gate agents and flight attendants would recognize me and bump me into first or business class or move me to an exit row seat if they were available and I did not even have to ask. Your videos always impress me because they share what many non-pilots do not hear often--how ATC works with the pilot and provides help with traffic and any weather challenges during the flight.

The King Air call, 543 Hotel Charlie, to Departure at 7:18 is a call sign I hear a lot. I live almost directly under under T-256-466, a little west of FFSSH and I hear them on my scanner fairly often. They keep that King Air flying that's for sure. Oh! I had to come back and say NICE LANDING!!!
