Do Finnair have Japanese flight attendants or are those Finns who speak Japanese?

They always have Japanese CA on their flights to Japan.

Basically all Finnair flights to Asia have Asian cabin crew members, who are based at the destination cities typically. The cabin crew on the flights to Singapore and Hong Kong are normally 100% outsourced, getting service in Finnish can be tricky :)
