Phil is the most Americanized country in Asia. Suggest you also spend sometime in metro Manila - visit BGC, Makati, Ortigas areas, Intramuros - the old Spanish fort. Chinatown the oldest one is why world. Mall of Asia by Manila bay with stunning sunset. In Cebu lots to do, canyoneering, moalboal swim with the friendly whales (just big fish), visit Magellan cross (where the Spanish landed to discover the country), among many others. Maybe head on to Palawan and Boracay and do island hopping.

The Philipines is the most American Asian country. The main languages are English and Tagolog. They love American culture and media.The Philipines changed hands from hundreds of years as a Spanish colony to a US one around 1900. The US gave the PH their independence just in time for Japan to take them over in WWII. Freed from Japan in 1944-45 back to Independant since. They are not as advanced in infrastructure as Thailand or Vietnam but the beaches and falls are to die for, enjoy!

When taking a cebu pacific plane, there are two movable nozzles near the lights, those are the a/c vents, just twist them open if you feel warm. 😊❤ Enjoy your trip!.

Manila airport is very old and just been recently turned over to private hands. The improvements is still many months ahead as it is still undergoing an upgrade. Meanwhile there's a new airport being built which is to become one of the biggest in the world. 😊
