after terrible flights with american airline that depressurized and canadian airline where I got robbed of my engagement ring, the Turkish airline was a balm for my soul. we were going back to Romania and they were so nice to us seeing how exhausted and sad we were after a super long trip with so many flight changes. food was good, they kept all the rude customers in check so they wouldn't bother others, very clean. just cramp in in lower class and me and my husband are above average height but we couldn't afford the leg room.

@ yeah. Glad you ended with a good experience :) I move a lot and I have a cat so we had to bring our cat with us. We were sooo stumped when we were first moving with the cat bc a lot of airlines (like pretty sure most) either don’t allow cats or have them in some room with luggage and don’t take care of the pets. Turkish airlines was our hero lol. They allow cats (in cages ofc) in your seat. So bc of that we could fly with my cat!! Also I just love love loveee the airlines and the airport!! I also loveee Istanbul!! Btw, that dude that robbed your engagement ring sucks :(

In many cases it is the only choice. Most airlines default pets to the cargo cabin, at full ticket price, which is absolutely nuts. Please, don't change, Turkish Airlines.

Will forever fly business class for that delicious food, comfortable seats and environment, and that magnificent airport business lounge. It’s all so incredible and soo worth it. Best airline ever.

It's a little disappointing that they didn't credit his channel anywhere. He's not a normal advertising agency that makes commercials, he's a content creator. I'm sure that's part of the deal he worked out with them, I just want people to know he makes other awesome videos similar to this one.

I've actually just returned from Istanbul yesterday and I absolutely love the cats there. They are super clean and friendly, one even sat on my lap for quite some time and snuggled with me because it was a little cold. Would definitely recommend anyone still thinking about their next travel destination to fly to Istanbul. And btw, Turkish Airlines is great as well. On a short-medium haul flight for just 3 hours, there's not only on-board entertainment in form of build in TVs in the seat in front of you, but also full meals served with metal silverware. On which other short-haul flight can you have this?

In 2021, when the situation in Afghanistan got out of hand I booked a flight from kabul to Istanbul-LAX on Turkish Airlines I wasn't gonna leave without my dog (a fluffy Maltese terrier) and tho he was small in size, the cage that i had bought was Big to fit in economy seats But the employees of Turkish Airlines managed to upgrade me to Business class for no charges just so i can have extra Leg space where the cage will fit And for that ill always be more than Thankful

Will never forget the amazing flight, where we were handed a Restaurant like menu card, we could choose from different menu options, we got turkish delights, desserts and even the chef (in full blown chef attire) came out and chattet with the passengers. I was SO scared to get my cats from Turkey to Germany but THY was super helpful with all our questions it was a relief. Plus in Istanbul airport you got some cat toilet with food and water for them too. Mine were a bit too nervous but still nice to get them out of the carrier even for a while.

I went to Istanbul last January 2024 (Including Ephesus-Selçuk + other Greek cities like Milet & Priene, Urfa, Göbeklitepe, Halfeti, Usak etc.), and I feel like going back to Turkey again! Plan on doing Edirne, Cappadocia, Pammukale and others next time! Loved the cats, historic places, foods, antiques, museums, merchandises and the hospitality of the people! Nice to have you. Still I need to clearify Ephesus (like Troia) was a Luwian founded city before Myceaneans conquering it. Istanbul (Constantioples) was Roman founded by a Roman to be the second Roman capital, Ayncra and other inner Anatolian cities were founded by Hittites and Hattis. Sivas was Ceasera, a Roman built city. Only İskenderun (Anatolian Alexandria) was a fully "Greek" or "Hellen" founded city in Anatolia. All the rest except minor Greek colonies by shores were either Luwian (later Lydian and Lycan), Hittite, Hatti, Urartu and ofcourse Armenian. It is true that Turks under Seljuks or Ottomans never founded abrand new city. Yet branding ancient cities and towns as if Greek is theft that is sponsored and supported by first British philhellens then by the whole West. Until 19th Century nobody claimed those places for Greeks. Greeks were calling themselves Romaioi (Roman) as they were the inhabitants of Roman Empire from 100BCE to 1453AD. Alas you did not visit Greek cities, you visited ANATOLIAN cities which lived through Luwian, Hittite, Hatti, Persian, Greek, Roman, Turkish ERAS. If you don't believe me you can check each claims online, nothing is secret, nothing is unreachable.

Cutest advert ❤ I loved how stray dogs and cats in Türkiye were treated, basically like community animals with little shelters out for them which I thought was amazing. It made me think really well of its people. I believe the government has now brought in stray massacre laws though which is so heartbreaking. 💔
