Such a beautiful warbird and such a joy to fly. I always wondered if the cockpit size was realistic as it's like a small single UK bedroom.. Those American pilots don't know how lucky they were. Us Brits with our knees up by our ears in our Spits...

Great video mate, not too rusty in my opinion :) Glad you put in the 'rivet counting disclaimer' at the beginning of your video - these folks don't understand how much of an impact they have when criticising the minor details/errors made. A lot of the time, these people also have never flown in one of these planes, yet they believe they know best because they read the manual or checklists. From personal experience in flying in a C172, the pilot never followed the specific checklist in exactly the same order, he did the items, but not necessarily in the order. I am sure that the old school pilots flying this hellcat would vary in their procedures. Anyway, once again, great flight and this is a beautiful spitfire ;)

Just got this and can't find the parking brake lever .

I have a switch set up for Parking Brake and use that. I don’t think there is a lever in this cockpit, you have to use a hotkey/controller button.

Do you know is this aircraft equally good on Xbox/Xbox/S?

Very sorry, I have no personal experience of it on console but I would imagine it is very good. You will probably find the guns are missing but otherwise should be same.

I wish they would update this airplane. It is not up to the standard of the Spit or 109. For example different cockpit Items missing sounds. It’s too bad!

The Flying iron spit is one of the best I think, the updates they did really made it, I could just motor that starter all day haha

I am not a pilot either, and I also don't believe the turbulences are realistic. I tried to land in Saint Barthélemy TFFJ, with a 20knts head wind. It was almost impossible. The airplanes floated bumped over the hill...
