其實店家不算是成功,因為不好賺,只要是人力無法大量製作,就會面臨產量的問題,而且老闆賣便宜也很難有利潤,我拍過很大量店家,做吃的要大賺真的很難很難......特別是賣便宜的

Hello! The fried chicken sold by the owner is very cheap. People who can’t eat a lot should choose to buy the fried chicken cooked by the owner. Compared with the whole chicken, the price is 6 times worse, haha. Still, even with just the 3 pieces of meat, I couldn't finish it.

Nice method he has in his prep....excellent lesson in washing all the blood off until the water is clear... Like to watch how he cleans and sanitizes his equipment.. A sweet change of pace with his marination, batter fried chicken....and his assistant adding the secret seasoning as it comes out of the fryer... My family has long history of fried chicken...different methods...and for sure secret spices added just after frying.. Wings please.. Was the cutlet a de-boned thigh? No breasts...right? You cannot teach people to care and this guy really cares.. Not my usual style...but, certainly a method I have used.. On fish filets..onion rings... Great job.. 🙏🌺

The owner's kitchen is very simple, but he still insists on food hygiene. The cutlet hasn't been deboned yet, but that doesn't matter, the meat is still easy to bite, ha!

已經很用心了, 很不錯, 但, 要注意油溫, 1.雞肉一直下鍋會炸不熟, 2. 當天的新油炸出來是滿白的, 除非一直炸到很多, 才會金黃, 甚至咖啡黃。 十多年前我做過南部某知名速食店的組長。 建議老闆在營業之前, 先炸過一次, 放著, 等客人點餐時再炸, 這樣比較不會常常不熟, 我看留言區有很多人反應没熟。

其實很多人寫的我都有反應給老闆,老闆是非常善良的人,也對我們很好,所以並不是網友說的我都拒絕,而是他們用攻擊的方式,自以為是的方式,我看了都想封鎖... 套句時下最流行的話,想跟我吵架大可不必,我可沒那麼多時間陪他們在網路吵架... 你說的很中肯,很有建設,我會跟老闆建議,希望他做出更好吃的炸雞,生意更好,坦白說老闆也是很困苦,這個價位...反正你做過速食店組長,你了解

放心吧!我吃了至少20年!他在國慶菜市場附近開設旁邊有一間聖博動物醫院 算得上前三名的炸雞,市場裡也有不錯的!

Haha, I don’t know, but I was halfway through the filming and felt that the scene of the owner pouring water kept repeating, so I missed several times of pouring water...because the audience would probably turn the channel when they saw the repeated scene.

​@@dr6340第一桶油是回鍋油,第二桶油是美食家的好炸油,俗稱耐炸油或酥炸油,添加回鍋油的用意是為了色澤比較好看。但是如果檢驗肯定是酸性過高油品會不合格。 如果全部使用新油,炸出來的色澤亦會太過死白色,賣相不好,有的全部使用新油的連鎖企業會添加牛油讓色澤比較好看,味道亦會較香。

這種環境怎麼了!? 美味好吃真材實料。 穿全套無塵服,在綠地板的場所備料, 然後在有空調、內用座位的場所營業嗎? 很多裝潢氣派有名氣的美食街、店家,食材、處理方式都未必敢接受拍攝了,他們處理方式看完你就真正不敢吃了。你以為那種多有衛生啊?

其實說真的,泡水的時間太久反而細菌生長更快,看了影片洗食材的時間反而把肉的鮮味都洗掉了,基本上來說真的要泡冰水完全不用去搓反而比較新鮮。 喔喔忘了這是台灣不是日本,我是日本的做法,抱歉打擾了,台灣不講求衛生喔忘了
