Somehow you and your team always find a new venue to shoot a video. My admiration for the people of Taiwan grows with each video you produce for the World to see. This factory was amazing.. So much work and teamwork to produce these wraps. The folding is exactly the same as a Mexican burrito...of course, the fillings are much different. You keep making videos of places I would love to spend a few days working at just to learn new forms of food production. Superb... 🙏

My channel has degenerated to only uploading meat-eating videos, and as long as it produces vegetarian food, it is hardly promoted. This is the mechanism of the platform, as long as the viewers focus on meat videos in the first place, they will not finish watching videos in the candy or vegetarian category. I'm frustrated that the videos I've worked so hard to make have only a few thousand views. Thank you uncle for your support, you can indeed come to Taiwan to learn these production processes, because the process is really wonderful and pleasing to the eye.

@@flyingmousefood i was a vegetarian many years...I love all of your vids...a lot just want to see you....we both know that young lady... There are so many meat vids ... Meat people cannot afford... I do not need to watch...I work with #1 meat all my life. I want to see Taiwan ... 🙏

@@flyingmousefood I was a vegetarian for 3 years 25 years ago when I had a vegetarian girlfriend. I love pork, beef...you name it. I love your channel. I must say though that I was a professional chef and I love your vids for the prep and the team work ..etc...You do incredible work. Almost Lunar New Year for the Buddhist countries ..Cambodia, Laos and Thailand.. Finally, we can have big celebrations again. Mask mandates are being relaxed in outer Provinces. People are back living their lives. I have not been so happy in years as I am these days. I think your videos should have so many more views and subs. But, your work is always superb. Best of luck... Uncle Jeff...ha ha...I sure am nobodies uncle .... I appreciate the title from you...darlin...

清明節的製作潤餅皮店家都是開啓無限戰鬥模式,店家的師傅將看似柔軟似水的面糰,用手腕的巧勁精準的平抹在潤餅皮烤盤上,速度超快才趕的上絡繹不絕的顧客,看著那好幾大盆的面糰,做完那些手腕應該都累癱了,最後那冰淇淋花生卷是特製的齁,超大卷的啦🤣🤣🤣還有那用潤餅皮做出的可麗餅口感應該很不同喔😄😄😄

清明吃潤餅是閩南人的習俗因為寒食節,金門廈門泉州一帶也有清明吃潤餅的習俗。

花店老闆也太多才多藝了,還能製作潤餅皮!!! 我看潤餅皮的製作好像有點難度呢,發酵就要6小時了,他們每個人,手都有職業傷害...

潤餅的確是暴利,我自己做1斤潤餅皮麵粉+瓦斯原物料成本不到30塊,今年最少1斤都賣160,像這種大量製作的一斤原物料成本可能不到20塊,最貴是人工,今年每斤原物料成本可能漲不到5塊,但價格比去年漲多20塊,如果像妳說的每日製作24萬張潤餅皮,那一天收入就是200多萬,不過一年也只能賺清明這幾天。

@@luke9045 24萬張是我參考"觀傳媒"報導的,我又回去看了一次,影片裡面寫2萬張,說明欄寫24萬張 我想...應該是2萬張皮,現在想想一天24萬張皮有點誇張了,馬上修改 然後,我不懂成本,也不會做,但這樣扭動手我可能很快就沒辦法拿筆了,我很弱XD

麵團靜看像粉漿,想不到可以整團抓起來像麻糬一樣。清明吃潤餅的習俗依我從小到現在沒吃過,感覺北部不盛行這個習俗。怎麼最後是吃花生捲冰淇淋🤣🤣

@@flyingmousefood 潤餅皮一看好像就是春捲皮一樣。吃花生捲冰淇淋也是都用春捲皮。昨天看了fb po清明節潤餅乍看之下都是中南部的網友在發文,北部真的很少人在過節吃潤餅。
