Nothing Special yeah it’s ridiculous. Anyone else also having an issue with player contracts when they’re delegated. Wanted to renew some deadwood contracts before I sold them, plus one of them complained about his contract. So I delegated, they accepted but the contract didn’t extend. Then the player came to me angry that I didn’t renew it. But when I went to renew it again, it said I’ve just negotiated with this player so I can’t renew 🤔

In case you don't know, in all the other leagues, when get a red card or accumulate yellows, you get a 1 game suspension. Getting more than 1 is very rare, and it is usually for problems of racisms, aggressions,etc. So yes, it's different in the premier league.

Transfer and loan offers are in no way relevant to the club, league or nationality of the player e.g Jamaican Chelsea player Michael Hector getting offers from clubs like Gremio. Something that would be really cool would be that Chelsea players are more likely to go on loan to Vitesse, Man City players to Girona ect 3. You should really be able to use the actual model of the manager of the club you are using

I was playing player career mode and I played for Leeds and I was 16 so I got a loan to the mls. I return in January (Leeds were in the prem promoted) and they had 1 point after 23 games, a draw against west brom who had 4 points. So we got relegated and I transferred to Leicester because I had a good season at Impact Montréal, so teams like Everton offered for me. So yeah the balance is so bad.

That players won't reject an offer made for them. Basically, if you can pay them what they want, they'll jump two divisions down to play for you. A player should be able to reject an offer for them, if they feel it doesn't further their career, like they can in PES.

I've gotten jobs via the job offer option in the office part of the menu, however, what I find is once you take an offer from a big team, BOOM! You can only get offers from big teams. Straight red card offences are punished in different ways here in Italy: minimum of 1 game, but they can be more if the offence gets worse. Like: last-man foul, 1 game. Clapping hands to the referee, 2 games (usually). More violent conduct, 3 or even more.

I think it's really unrealistic in player career mode that after dribbling 75 opponents your character just forgets all the skill moves

In the Eredivisie we have a 1 game ban for a red card. You can have a longer suspension but it has to do with the type of foul.

Red card suspensions do vary by each country’s FA. So while violent conduct in England gets you three games automatic plus added games for repeat offenders, it’s not necessarily the same in Spain. They may look at the play and say that should only be one game or that should be four (not necessarily true for Spain but could be). The only constant is that the player will miss at least one game unless it’s determined that it was erroneously given. That said, given how much effort EA has put into the premier league, I don’t see why they couldn’t incorporate the (English) FA suspension rules for FIFA 20.

I’ve never used the players GTN scouts suggest I always sign players that the club would realistically sign and only use the scouts to find the price of the player. Also with job offers you only get them if you actually do a good job with your club. For example, I got Barnsley to 13th in the Premier League but still only got job offers from Espanyol
