@MyOnlineCA - Is this done to reduce lower incometax outgo? Coz In India, a 20k$ net income incurs almost 30% tax rate whereas in the USA it is only 12%. Just wanted to be clear on the advantage of setting up a personal account in the USA. I understand that doing it this way reduces the taxable income of the US company.
