hi, Philippines has one of the best beaches in the world. I would recommend visiting Boracay and al-nido. Both places are awesome. I visited Philippines in 2012 Halal food was available in few Turkish and Indian restaurants in Manila, but in other places you will not find halal food so you would have to rely of fruits and vegetables.
