The window doesn’t go up all the way on your Bentley because most of your volts VAG products that have pillarless doors have a function to roll down a bit so you don’t burst the side window should have two Black lines on the glass should show how it lines up. You have to reset the switch itself which if you look on KZbin how to reset your VW beetle window switch will work the same on the Bentley. It usually happens if you disconnect the battery and it takes a few minutes. I’ve had Audis , VWs and Porsches have the same issue and when I found out how to fix them, it’s a good tool in your bargaining bag! Good luck!

3rd Gen Acura TL... I have 2 of them as daily drivers and am love them. Dead battery... if it continues to drain the battery it is likely the HFL Link behind the front dome lights/sunroof button. Disconnect the HFL module as it's shorting out the battery. It's a known issue and the fix is to disconnect the HFL from it's wire harness. The HFL is terrible anyway as it's old technology and very glitchy. Also, the Gen 3 TL is known for ripped and deterioration of the vinyl seat bottoms. The seat covers can be replaced with a real leather set that is a perfect match to OEM. I have 2 TL's and have replaced the ripped seats on both with the leather covers from a Texas company. I can't tell a difference from the OEM and with leather they are really nice quality. Was time consuming to do, but totally worth it. Good video on You Tube that shows step by step on how to do them. Feel free to reply to this post if you want me to send or post the name of the company where I got mine.

Definitely agree, have an '06 Acura TL (probably obvious from my thumbnail pic) that I bought brand new, my first new car - Love the damn thing even after 16 years, although the wife's 2007 "Chrysler" Town & Country minivan that we also bought new, has actually been more reliable as hilarious as that sounds lol... But after 2 transmission rebuilds (I should have bought a manual), couple hub bearings, struts all around, flex pipe for the exhaust, 1 window regulator, 1 radiator, 2 timing belts, AND both front seats needing to be reupholstered early on, she's still on the road at 213k as of today, running flawlessly, don't plan to get rid of her until at least 1/4 million miles.

Have a 08 to I paid 3400 for runs perfect, and I have a 05 same body style I bought for 500 with around 180k needed a trans paid 1200 for trans and around 600 labor so in it around 2300 and both are amazing cars both my son's will end up with these 2 cars for first vehicle

Enjoyed the video, first time viewer. I've got a 17 year old Son who buys, repairs, cleans up and sells cars and motorcycles. He does well at it, works part time at an auto parts store so he gets 40 to 60 percent off the parts he needs for his repairs. He comes from a family of engineers, mostly civil who all want him to go to college and become an engineer. He's not so keen on school, and figures he can make a comfortable living AND he enjoys what he does. My question to you is, how did you start out, if the auto sales business a direction you would recommend. My Son always has 5 to 10 grand in his account, all made from his business. Man the interior on a Telsa is just so dull, part of the reason I got rid of mine. I was hyped for EV's at first but being a car enthusiast I just didn't gel, they are good if you don't care about cars, personally I think they have too much power for the average EV buyer, my P85D was plenty quick up to 120 and then it died off. The Bentley will be a pig to sell, out of warranty, extremely expensive to maintain. BUT you should look at that as a huge achievement. turning $400 into a Bentley... I mean, come on that's crazy.

I'm a huge Tesla fan, admittedly, but you're definitely right -- nearly all EVs except the Tesla Plaid drop off in power at higher speeds. I think it has more to do with the inverter than the actual batteries. And the interior of the Model 3 is certainly spartan, but I think that's intentional. But I mean, how stupid would it look if everyone were driving around in the same Model 3? Tesla may have a large share of the EV market, but most of us like choice, so it would be great to see some other longer-range good-looking EVs competing with Tesla.

I don't think I'd call the Bentley instead of a Ferrari a success, buuut, in your defense, you are dealing with weird times in the car world that we've never really seen before and you were doing it as a side project so I think the series itself was still a success and turning 400 in $36k is a pretty damn good side hustle.... That sounds like a success to me. Next 12 months should be what you could turn that $6000 into in a year...

So while Craig is fixated on a FORD FOCUS because it's the only version that doesn't have a crap transmission, he doesn't notice the overall best daily driver ever built in the history of mankind, sitting right in front of it. A flagship of the highest quality automaker in history. Complete with a real carbon-fiber hatch, and amazing headlights that look like the ones on a Bugatti Chiron. Yep, it was a Prius Prime, obvious from the unique multiple-curve rear hatch glass. And if you yank the wheel covers off, there are nice alloys underneath, free of charge! You never need to plug it in, but you can if you want to drive for as little as 2 cents per mile in my case. EV mode works up to 84mph, hybrid mode up to 104mph. You can carry 10ft 2x4s in it with the hatch closed, and I've routinely brought home a ton of wood pellets or wood bricks in it, in 3 trips. I wonder what it sold for, and why it was at a dealer auction. Maybe repaired after cat theft damage or something.

I Bought a 1995 F250 with 250k miles for $400 that was what a dealership was offering on trade, I traded it even up for a Jeep grand Cherokee with 180k. Than I traded the jeep even up for a Subaru with 100k miles, which I sold for $3000. So $400 to $3000

You can reset Bentley windows. Push down and hold and after down all the way hold for 5 seconds. Then do the same for up and it will reset up and down settings

Hey Craig!!!! If the battery keeps going dead in at Acura , pop out the dome light where the moon roof switch is . Take out the 4 8mm screws, unplug the Bluetooth module, hands free . It has a sticker on it closest to the windshield . Unplug that module , they suck anyway . . They go bad ALL the time and kill the battery.. . They also sell replacement leather seat bottoms that look 👀 great ,

I live in Oregon, and use Copart. They are all salvage titles. Which isn't too big of a deal but it does reduce the value of what you can sell it for. Are the dealer auctions clean title cars?

Craig that TL is a great buy. Typically I pay between $5,000-$6600 at auction for that year with those miles. We sell them for $8900-$9500 all day! Don’t sell it cheap.. you won’t get it for that price again that easy.

Log into a a dealer auction in Texas. Then look online retail as to what dealers ask for them. They are worth more now more then ever. Opening bid on these cars are $4,000-$4500. They will sell between $5000-6600 before auction fees. Also I’m talking about nice and clean cars with original miles not a car that needs everything.
