Oh dear I've had a few issues trying to leave a comment (fumble fingers tonight). I just wanted to say that your daily encouragement is helping me to do small things consistently and I'm beginning to see the positive changes. At one time I was an excellent housekeeper and very organized but in recent years care giving and battling my own illness/es caused me to get a bit out of control with the clutter. Slowly getting back on track and I credit you for your positive, cheerful encouragement. Thank you so much.

I love your organisation skills Diane. You teach us that when our possessions are well organised and used , cleaning is easier. I love wearing jackets , especially if they are well cut. I usually just wear the same good jewellery that my husband has bought for over the years.I find scarves difficult to wear for some reason. Good morning! I have started my first home blessing yesterday however I decided to do just one of the tasks each day for 6 days. Every Monday seems overwhelming to me but I know I can keep up with the daily habit of 10 minutes. Thank you Diane, you are such a inspiration to this brand new Flybaby! He used to send me dictation tapes via a wave file at our old company, but this company has a lot of firewalls and (according to him), he can't find a system that's compatible. If I spoke to someone in our IT department, I'm sure I would hear a completely different story... He just chooses the method that's easiest for him and doesn't care that he inconveniences others. Thanks to Skype, I got the report out, but it's 3:30 pm and just now ate my lunch. He once had me arrange a business dinner on Valentine's Day with a client so that he wouldn't have to pay for his wife's VALENTINES dinner. 🙄

Alan vacuumed the bedrooms and dusted last night. We will go to the gym in a bit, then son to an orthopedic appointment. I have my sheets in the washer and hopefully the weather will let me hang them on the clothesline.A bit of yard work but a lot time will be spent at the Orthopedic Center. BBQ sandwiches and slaw for dinner. You are doing so well! Hurrah for you! P.S. I have one bracelet and two pairs of earrings that are promised to my childhood friend when the time comes. I have such tiny rooms, there is very little in them! Still too cold to wash the window screens outside.

Yesterday I put together home made cleaning products and that cleared a whole shelf of bottles and ingredients that have been sitting for months! Thanks so much for your encouragement. I might have to wear a rain mate today. I once saw someone wearing one with Scotties on it. 😂

I dusted yesterday, including blinds and overhead fans. Got up at 4 AM to vacuum/damp mop floors, clean fridge, and wipe down kitchen counters and bathrooms. Our apt complex spring inspections are this week and my apt bldg's is today (every year they tell me my apt is "the cleanest they've ever seen!", lol!). I scrubbed windows inside/outside last weekend to get rid of the yucky yellow pollen. Now, back to work/job/2nd cup of coffee. 🖖☕

I have our windows upstairs cleaned. I do all the downstairs myself. Yesterday evening I even organized my tray of scraps that I use for paper projects. I'm getting ready to make cards. I make sure my housework is done before I can play in my craft room. Go me!

Cleaned out under the bed today, had some pictures from years ago so they have been mounted or donated, baking soda on bed, dogs blanket washed etc lemons simmered on the stove to freshen the air. Moved some pictures around for a change.

YAYYY!! I love it when you clean along with us!! I know you have a zillion videos of that, but it's wonderful listening to "what's new with you" while we're working. I'm a T4 with a (very strong) secondary 1 - and since I was putting on my makeup while you were showing us your jewelry and scarves, I decided to do fun T1 style hair and makeup today. It doesn't suit me perfectly, but it's still such fun to play with and change things up every once in a while. Thanks for all that you do for us!

Diane, please ask Vivica(probabably not spelling correctly), what stitch she uses for the crochet. I am a crocheter and if I knew the stitch she uses, I could probably figure out the pattern. just say for example single, double, half double etc. Thank you so much in advance! I just think those are adorable. Oh, and whether the thread or yarn is cotton, acrylic or what. I so enjoy watching your organizational process. Thank you for sharing. Love your channel. I learned about you from a Flybaby. Your style is great--good motivation for me. Have you heard of NorWex cleaning cloths. They are a bit pricier than other microfiber cloths. You can clean mirrors and windows with only water.

Aren't they cute? My grand-daughter had a lop-eared bunny for about a year. We named her "Miss Bunny Foo Foo." She was very affectionate and would take turns hopping to us as we worked in the garden. She had a beautiful hutch that was part indoors and part outdoors, where she was protected from hawks. She got only the nicest organic veggies...she got quite chubby. Occasionally she would sneak out at night, and the next morning we would get a text saying there had been a "Foo-Foo sighting" in someone's backyard and could we come get her. Her excursions became more frequent when she reached sexual maturity, and then one day she just disappeared. We were all heartbroken but "spring was in the air" and she went looking for love, lol! We like to think she's happy and has a lot of little Foo-Foos. 🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇

Actually, 12,000 steps equal a little more than 9 kilometers for the average person's stride. Yeah, that's not going to happen for me. :-) I did find out, though, that even just walking around my small house I take about 2,000 steps in a day. I was astonished!

I move around a lot...when working at the computer at home, I will often stop after 15 minutes and climb our stairs. Or walk in place when hanging up laundry. It all adds up! 😍

Hahaha I won some money from IKEA US$20 ....enough for a purchase from IKEA..going to get a white wall clock for above our dresser in our bedroom😁😉practical plus pretty! Tonight for dinner is baked parmesan chicken😚 Bedroom is clean & tidy, which began with your initial cheerleading 2 yrs ago😊 (decluttered a dresser drawer so now it has PLENTY of room for my chocolate 🍫stash) Got my 1st fitbit recap average...about 9,000 steps avg per day. Go ALL of us!!!

@@Julie-ok5fr They're both very pretty, feminine names. Speaking of "Mia's", about 20 years ago,, I met MIA Farrow backstage at a Tanglewood concert (Van Cliburn played the Grieg). Mia's ex (Andre Previn, who died recently) was the conductor. Mia still had that pretty, delicate Irish bone structure, porcelain complexion, and petite frame, but was wearing a very unflattering (honestly, it was hideous) black sharkskin hippie prairie dress (circa 1969). It had a high ruffled neck, long ruffled sleeves and was made of a very heavy material (it was an outdoor. venue in August) and scraped the floor, engulfing her tiny figure. All that was visible was her tiny head with cropped hair poking out the top - it looked like the dress had swallowed her whole! To this day, it is the ugliest dress I have ever seen, and she is such a pretty woman.

I am new to it, but enjoying it, thanks to Diane's example.😊 I don't know much about Mia Farrow, but certainly have always known about her in general. After I became a Nanny to a baby girl named, Tia 24 yrs ago, I grew to love that name. Fast forward 5 yrs later and we were deciding on names for our daughter. The name, "Mia" was similar to "Tia" and we loved it. Additionally, it was Italian for the word, "mine." Since my DH's family was of part Italian descent, we thought it fitting😊😊 We are continually surprised how often it is mispronounced. We say, "Haven't people heard of Mia Farrow?!?" I guess not. Maybe it is the generation, today. ( I was born in '71) hmmm Well, HAPPY day to you, though we have never met, heehee

@@Julie-ok5fr I was born in '51 so "a few" years ahead of you. My cat Tia (in the photo) is my little love, so sometimes I call her my "Tia Mia." As far as DYT, I did look at the KZbin video and I think I'm a 2. I look best in soft neutrals and a lot of white. I don't like bright colors on me or in decorating my home. I'm a "sensitive" and too stimulating. What type are you? I'm not the clothes horse I used to be, I work from home now, so I'm not really into fashion but I know what looks good on me. I modeled way back when. I think Diane's color/style choices are perfect for her coloring and personality - she always looks great.

I say it when I damp mop the floors...it's the exact sound my O'Cedar mop sprayer makes. 6 AM and just finished my morning routine (and skoosh-skoosh!). I add 2 tblsp of Method's pink grapefruit to water in the mop sprayer to clean floors...smells so fresh and clean! I use the Method bamboo scented cleaner for bathroom, but haven't tried their glass cleaner yet as I really love Glass Plus.

@@tiamia7139 we can't get Glass Plus in the UK. I do try to use echo friendly. Method is the first glass cleaner I've ever used instead of washing windows traditionally, as I'd always thought nothing would get the same results. The Method cleaner is very similar to the results with hardly any effort.

Our early voting system allows for you to change your mind, up until the final day. So if you voted early and change your mind, you can vote again. ONLY your very last vote is counted. One person per vote. The system ensures that people vote in a timely manner and greatly reduces waiting time/queues on "voting day". It's so interesting how our different styles come out - as a 4/1 I would feel too formal in a blazer jacket 😉 but it looks fab on you! I'm a wee bit more casual than you in style but it's the same T1 and T4 playing against each other 🤔😊 my "blazer" is a crew neck cardigan - always open.
