Wind around 18 - 25knts. What a fun kite to fly. With infinity amount of drift. My favourite one after first session 🙂

How deep of water were you in? I had an experience where the kite sank at least 10 ft under the water

Don't exactly know but quite deep. Usually when this happens first thing is to catch the board and sit on it.

What a nice video. Incredible how you move the kite. And the relaunch. Great. I wonder if this approach is working as easy with bigger peaks in lower wind?! Also the bar looks very interesting. Looks a little bit like a Kauper XT Pixto, but it’s not, right?

Got 5m works the same. Just don't have a camera when i crashed. Don't know if with bigger than 5. Might be difficult to flip kite over but possible 🙂

No that's no pixto. Trim idea is same but everything else done by me including design winglets etc.

I have done it with an 8m² in 6-7 knots, lower and it doesn't want to come out of the water when fully wet.

The 11 is very hard to relaunch below 9 knots, the 8 works about half the time and the 5 no problem.
