my biggest problem is picking out the best players do you just use the ability ratings and if not how do you look at attributes and pick players if that makes sense lol

The ability ratings definitely help. If you are choosing between a few players then look at the stats for the position you want to play them in and judge by which attributes are highest. You can use the comparison screen to compare to players and have the game highlight which stats are most important

GreenKingCobra Hey glad you like the video. The game is great so would always recommend. If you want to become a football manager then it would be good for tactic knowledge and watching the games to see formations and how to counter those threats. Watch a KZbinr called The Northman. He is a semi pro manager and has some videos about that as well as the game
