Bernhard Peters is the best for me as he is great coach for the youth as well. He is easy to get too If you want a younger one try Hull's Jon Beale(He will also accept to have two responsibilities) Edit:Helmut Jungheim,Michele Sbaveti and Maurizio Costanzi are also real good(I dont know if ther are great right now or they will be great after 2 years) also Luis Vicente Mateo has reduced stats for some reason after a few year in my save even though he is young
