Hey I love your videos. Got an idea. March and April is Youth Intake season. Go to World icon in top right. Chose World Then World again and transfers. Youth Intake and monitor every day. Stole some top talents from Portugal,Spain and France, for less than a 1M€. Gave them better salary and they coming in the summer. You can follow all year long. But those two months are when top leagues get youth. Instead of paying them millions when they grow up, I chose to raise them😁 Hope more people are doing this than I though

@King Ninja funny how everyone else has been ok with it. you search custom skin colours in the search box if you can't managed that maybe football manager isn't the game for you.

@King Ninja did you even watch the video. It has nothing to do with finding attributes. it's about changing the colour so you can find the higher rated ones faster than normal. Also why do you care I posted the first comment to help if you have a problem you could always keep it too yourself cause I am really not interested.

@@adameaton2648 Things have picked up since i posted that comment. A change of formation from 3-4-1-2 to a more conventional 4-1-2-3 has given me a bit more of a fighting chance and im actually sitting just outside the Europa League places entering January. As far as the squad are concerned, i didnt make any changes in the first window as you're given a small budget of £5m with minus wages already! Just loaned a leftback from Inter. Their squad is good, you really rely on De Paul and Mandragora for the technique and moments of quality, some other good athletic midfielders in Fofana and Basak, 3 similar strikers to rotate depending on whos playing best...i am enjoying it! Got about 3 quality goalkeepers at the club too, so thats gonna be a tough choice to decide the number 1! Media prediction was 15th so anything above that will be an achievement for me and hopefully i can get a cup run maybe...are you currently doing a Serie A save? I think it's a league on the up again so thats what really tempted me to try this out.

Nice video!I will try some of these stuff that i wasn't doing. One tip that i usually do, after 2-3 years in game, is searching players under 20 years old with at least 1 international cap. This way you can find good regens. Of course most of them will be in very bad national teams,so they will not be anything special, but there are a few wonderkids in there.

changing the higher attribute range to include 15 is a great recommendation. same things with coaches, the difference between a 14 and 15 level attribute can make that coach have an extra .5 star rating on their best area, especially if its DET, MOT or Discipline

@@MrEATPIEORDIE in my FM20 install, attributes doesn't work either. however if I type in 'color' (with out the quotes) it then presents me with the custom skin color/skin colors option. If you click on the button for skin colors option, you can then reset the attribute threshold as you see fit and change the colors if you want as well.

On my preference side the only option available for "tweeking" is the "Diplay players' attributes popup on - hover or click". I have no options for editing those threshold values/colors.. Any tips?

No you can still carry on with what ever save you are doing and it won’t effect it. In this video I was highlighting using the contract stuff because I never planned on using this save for a long time before I moved on to my main save

Fm 20 desperately needs update in newgen faces, for example there is no east Asian newgen faces, they have European faces instead also there is no newgen with braids or different hair styles. This seriously needs updates or a created mod for it, If anyone knows of any updates for this please let me know.

peter smith if you have a general manager or director of football they can often find and make bids for players, especially young players, to bring to the club. if you go to staff and then responsibilities, you should be able to change those settings. you can choose to make yourself the one who confirms or cancels any of these transfer bids, or even make yourself the only one who can make these bids and negotiate contracts.

@@mollyb5248 but thats the thing i did take control of all those settings but on 2 occasions the deal got confirmed for me though as i write this ive just thought what it will be possibly i might have left the youth teams transfers in the staffs control and if tge player was under a certain age maybe thats why

@@mollyb5248 have u had any issues with the game mine i have to load up twice because the first time it loads slightly windowed and i was just playing as newcastle everything was going great finished 8th first season won the first 2 games of 2nd season 3rd game i get a system error message and the game closed

@@petersmith1886 peter smith I had that windowed issue last night which was weird but it's fine now. As for the crashing, I haven't had the game crash for me yet but I'm not as far into my save as you are yet so it might happen to me too. I've seen a lot of people complain about having their game crash in the last couple days, though, so it's not just you. As for the responsibilities thing, I'm not sure why those transfers are happening without you. Sorry I don't think I know how to fix that unfortunately. Hope everything works out for you. The crashing issues should probably be fixed soon since so many people are having trouble.

Brescia is pronounced “bray-sha” - just saying. The first one I'll give you some leeway, it's another language, but not with English words like attribute. It's “att-ribute” not “a-ttribute”. 👍

Best tip is do not buy this awful game if every one or very large % did this they would be forced to put effort into the game.
