I meet Guro Eugene on 3 separate occasions. He makes everyone at the FMA seminars fill happy and energized to learn FMA. I think the universe is telling me take lessons from him.

Master Eugene is one of my personal favourite practitioners of Balintawak. I'd jump at the chance to train with him. 15:36 is just sublime, have to watch closely but you will see a semi hit with a block against one of the fastest feeders on the planet.
