GM Nick still has the moves at 75 years old. Very impressed that he and GM Bobby Taboada can still move that quick. Hope to be able to move like that when I reach that age.

The key is to never stop training. Once you stop moving, everything gets rusty and your body breaks down. Plus if you love what you do, this shouldn't feel like a burden. Even through the body aches, you'll find a way to keep on training.

I can see how you added to the Balintawak system GM Nick. Like you said in your interview, “there’s always a progression.”

And we also like when he said, "after me and GM Bobby graduated from our studies in Eskrima, he went his own way and I went my own way. But the curriculum is still the same...there has to be a progression with your training, it's not like you are just a xerox copy."

Not a problem, we always try and break things down as much as possible. People get discouraged because sometimes the instruction is too much to understand in the beginning.

Appreciate, we try to help the GM's as much as we can in promoting. Most of the older generation have difficulties promoting their system online. With the next generation, hopefully our videos can help them understand the founder and their system.

Sana turuan nyo muna ng proper stance mga estudyante ninyo kasi di nila alam saan dadaan ang mga palo kung inside ba o outside....
