He plays down $250 per hour for an individual, not a law firm. 50 hours average per week - that is $12,500 per week or annualized $500k-$600k per year for what is effectively a public service role. No one would deny a partner at a large law firm is on more money than that - Wade is not a partner at a large law firm, this is his sole firm, it is government criminal prosecution work that does not pay well.
