Even if the if the clintons returned the aid money to haiti today, how do we guarantee that money would go towards building homes for the 1 million+ haitians. Besides I think the corrupt haitian government would pocket that aid money for themselves and wouldn't build a Christ thing. However in my opinion I don't think it would even make sense building each haitian family a home because in reality the population of homeless haitians exceeds over a million. Also when you add the figures of building each home you have to include utilities like electrical infrastructure, running water etc. And to be honest I don't think the Clinton's 1 billion dollar donation can fit that huge bill for so many people. I think it would've made common sense to build a few large red cross shelters that can house at least 15 families for one building.
