I have always thought these and grippens were beautiful aircraft. Im now back in the hobby after having to sell most of my planes to relocate for work. Had 18 planes now i only have 4 but the hangar is growing and after watching this that model and paint scheme is DEFINITELY on my hurry up and get list, it looks like it flys as good as it looks

Thanks! 😀 yes this is an awsome plane. I aslo have the Gripen from Freewing. This Rafale is a better design. It is much easyer to get the CG mods done than the Gripen. I had to fly the Gripen on 3300mah batteries to get it right 😊

Just received mine, where in the fuse is the control board?, I popped the canopy and did not see it.

GOTTA get the thrust tubes (rc geek). Night & day difference & massive improvement to everything! It was like I put the 105mm EDF in! Both tubes were $20 shipped, USA.

Yes i have sendt 3D print files to a friend so he is going to print for me! I would love to suport the Rc geek but it would cost a lot to get his thrust tubes sent to me here in Norway

Yep, i printed my own....huge performance gain. I can hover the jet...and even power vertically out of the hover with the nozzles.

Great video! She looks so cool! I read that exhaust nozzles as the ones from RCgeek would even give more thrust since the bigger exhaust does produce additional drag inbetween... I´ll see if I get this or the smaller 64 before :))

Thanks 😀👍 this is very cool plane. Very easy to fly as a delta ving. Even handels the wind extremly well. I can always take this modell with me regardles the weather. Geting 3D printed nozzles for this is a huge performance upgrade 😀

Hi TURBINATOR, do you know where your CG measures at on the wing? It’s fascinating how much weight you added and how far back the battery is but your plane flys the best out of all the Rafales I’ve seen!

Thanks 😀 yeah almost all the China made foamies are recomended very nose heavy. Why i dont know? When you learn how to properly get the CG right they fly much better. I usually end up with a lot off lead in the tail. Maybee i should make a video on how i test the planes when i " fish " out the CG 🤔

Interesting about your weight "problem." I have the FMS EDF Jet 80mm Rafale and I run both HRB (5000mAh and 6000 mAh) 6s placed at the rear of the battery tray with no extra weight needed, flies like a champ, as smooth and level as my Freewing Avanti Red S V2 80mm.
