Finally a plane us Brits can own before the Yanks!! Rich awesome footage and skills. I thought you had plans of putting an 8s FMS into this? Mine arrives in 2 weeks and have the 8s edf ready for it during its build. I unfortunately crashed my eflite viper 90mm last week which was awesome and had to buy another to replace it. Love these 2 jets. Best 6s jets you can get if you ask me.

Superb landing! I have the eflite version & love it. Only drawback is the "smart" esc. Hate em. Lvc is set WAAAY too high. I fly 100c 6000's in mine. A hard 3 minutes gets me down around 25%

Hi Rich, I can’t seem to get the FMS esc 120 to function with reverse brake. I’ve plugged the second esc wire to free channel, assigned it to a switch with -100 to 100 throw. But it doesn’t seem to work. Any way to program it in? It’s the ESC that came with the plane. I have the FMS viper version.

There is a program you need to activate in the ESC. There is a reverse mode to select to enable the reverse feature.

you can get it thru porcupine rc. Ships from HK. I literally just got one from there last week. took 14 days to my door, not bad. now i do live near Ohare airport so it appears it may have came thru there. box was in good shape plus had corner protectors on all corners of the box.

It seems my 120A Predator ESC is faulty.. I just beeps after counting 6 cells, one beep each second, forever.. However it goes to programming mode if the startup is with stick forward. But can't find a manual for it, no papers was in the box upon arrival. Not even for the model.. Can someone give me a clue of that to do?

Correct! Optimized is basic stabilization... is pitch & bank limiting.

@nakul3424 yes, optimized mode is low gains. they are good and reliable. You could always remove it and fly without a gyro or take the reflex out and add your own stabilizer. But I think the stock REFLEX works just fine.

I have this jet. For some reason I can't get my FrSky radio to bine with it. My radio bine with my other models Could it be the Refux gyro causing the issue?

Have you tried to Bind the Receiver independent of the plane? Im only recently getting aquatinted with Frsky and hope to be showing some of their products on the channel. Try disconnecting the Rx from all but the throttle channel (bypass the Reflex too) and see if that works. Also are you using their ACCESS system or the old ACCST protocol?
