Stinger ok you loosing 7:0 nejbi you not have conectration ...nejbi in your team have coiuple misteaks..I allways say all in Fm must be like correct puzzle..if going in match 2 players who is not shape in green colors exspesionaly CD player who not playing 6 months it is way to loose game..and so many differnt mistateks..

the secret is the speed (pace and acceleration), if you play with a small team against big team you need very fast players for attaking and you need midlefield with high work rate and teamwork, Gergenpress tactics (but avoid long pass in tactics if you don't have the player with the good stats) + one central defender with good heading it's work very well against the big teams , when they have corners if your defender won the duel he will launch the counter attack by passing the ball to your fast players, this think work every time. No need mental ability for your wingers they just must have very good peace (more than the opposant) and maybe some little technique. There are many players with very hight speed in the game.

Changing up some player traits has turned bad players into great players for me in the past. The most recent example being Mateusz Musialowski in my Boston Utd save. I've had him since the VNN and despite his attributes being ridiculous for that level, he never really did much for me. I added Likes to Beat Man Repeatedly and Places Shots to him and suddenly he's the top scorer in League One. Every time he gets the ball he just waltzes past however many defenders are in his way and slots it into the bottom corner. Of course, now Premier League teams are looking at him, so he'll probably be gone soon. The life of a lower league manager, I suppose! :)

Dribble more is a team instruction I used to have on loads, before I learned to leave it off but specifically put it on the players themselves

4:00 I find wingbacks with inside forwards tend to be effective. The IF will cut inside acting as a sort of a combination winger/second striker allowing more options for the cross into the area.

Using high pressure and counter press is like a cheat code in the last few FMs lol. I got Forest Green 3 promotions in a row with a tactic using it, currently top of Ligue 1 at Christmas with Nimes. Guarantee EL/CL qualification with any team I think. Other tips are all correct though, good work - especially too many instructions and teaching traits.

Using very high defensive line and high press is a suicide on this FM. Last two were very different when it comes to this and always delivered, this, does not.

best one here is to sort your set pieces out. my CB is my 2nd top scorer this season lol. the old near post beauty. heading jumping reach bravery off the ball anticipation all key attributes.

I got myself great youth striker. At age 19, he learned move in channel and shoot with power in like 2months. I never ever had player get traits that fast

Allways fm go the duty for us..Now I make fixing my defend..Scoring 3 goals and connect 3 goal..started to suspect my goalkeeper even though the key player is not defending properly..one of my defensive players has great aggression and starts to automatically close the player and loses position ..

I noticed on the older fm when attacking corners put your main center back at attacking near post/ near post flick ons. the other center back challenge/mark keeper. always score goals on corners.

FM 21 has been different than any other so far for me. I can't get a good result with 4-2-3-1(been using it since FM14 and it always works), wing backs/inverted wings version. Team cohesion, tactical familiarity and form are all on point but for some reason it doesn't seem to work. Changed a few 4-2-3-1 tactics and same. Playing as Helsinki and currently 5th which is extremely bad. In 19&20 I've won title every single time in first season and had good results in Europe as well. Don't understand this..

Left side by these tactic is so attack it is problem who defend space if wb go forward. I reccom. one of the players on the wing must be support and dm must be DM defend..

I've only had bad experiences with removing or adding traits. It takes pretty much a whole season and sometimes it fails. Plus, there's no bar showing you progress at all, it just looks stuck for months and months on end

You are making a mistake with that playmaker, its much better to focus on his passing training solely... that 13 will become a 15 in a short amount of time as he has the natural instincts...

Sometimes is good watcing real games..in game for begine ..imprort is how strenght is your team..how is good or bad..e.g with Crystal Palace not win premier...not now not first season..with weak teams playing very carefull no risky mentalytet ..No shame if you no playing attack football Dalget very good explain what is mentalitet..FM use sometimes freaky words..in ex version mentalitet is not right description..no risk moderate risky and risky

TAcTiC mistakes you Say hmmm, i played Fm since 2003 and this last engine my god , cant babysit the player more than a mommy , first season you either win league or get second place regardless of your tactics or anything , if you lead weak team second season you advance in some cups to the point of 2/3 and so go on till you win all and its always all RIGGED , maches you suppose to lose you lose , i remember replayed one CL finall 90 times till i won in pens by miracle and this was my end of story with FM , its totally rigged not worth your time and nerves , game puts you on table players which suppose to fit your team , all your mumbo jumbo doesnt really matter at all because its a MATRIX

I have been playing FM platforms since 1999, and 2021 is the WORST by far. I am playing dutch league div 2, 64 injuries between the start of the season and Nov. The game is so badly written that it contradicts everything, I have many screen photos i have taken that show it, o have the team moral at rock bottom, the fans moaning, on one window, where as on another the team and fans love me, one day we win 5 in 6, do a save close it down and next day its 0 in 6, there are SO MANY errors in the programme, I played a friendly, clicked "go to match", it started 39 mins in we were 1-2 down !!! Honestly its shit, bring nack EA sports manager games, far far superior in reality
