Thanks for this but I have a question. When I loaded it it gave me over 500,000 players whereas my database can only take 125k max, so runs slow. Is there some way to remove this number to a more manageable number? Thanks

Hi Jake Not sure if you can help me. I downloaded the new update then went to start a new save in FM24 and selected the latest update but the game will not run. I gets to the screen where you choose your world then doesn’t allow me to select my choice and move through into the game. Any ideas ?

We haven't included a file that fiddles with transfer budgets. I recommend a couple of files that you can find in Daveincid's Increase Realism Megapack. More specifically: CLUB DATA FIX CLUB FINANCES FIX 24/25 Version CLUB REPUTATION FIX 24/25 Season File www.fmscout.com/a-increase-realism-megapack-fm24.html Just remember to avoid the ones that might conflict with this DLC, such as CA/PA ADJUSTMENTS + NEW WONDERKIDS & OTHERS, PLAYER SALARY FIX, STAFF SALARY FIX and NEW PLAYERS. -Stam

Really appreciate the effort. I don't agree with the combination of not updating the game's start date with updating the player's age though, as in game they will then be a year older than they actually are throughout the entire save. But I suppose you can leave that out by yourself if you want.

Iam here with an update. I started new safe as manager of czech team Sparta Prague. I think not even one player have updated rating even they have really good season. Had amazing run in europa league. beating Galatasaray 4:1. They continue with good result this season in champions league this season. It is unpossible in FM with ratings of that players. So i think updated ratings are in premier league + few big names. But never mind transfer update is perfect, every player is in same place as in reality. I spent few minutes with uprading some players in czech league who had very good season and i am ready to play.

You can't combine 2 updates with conflicting data. FMTU is hands down the best transfer update out there, so either use the existing file (from October 13th) or wait for the next repack of that file over the next couple of days.

It's possible to start on early August 2024 if you load the Australian league (even as view only). If you do that, make sure to disable the age and contract hacks in this DLC. However, I don't recommend starting in 2024 as it's problematic for a number of reasons. -Stam

Hey thank you for this. However, I downloaded this database and tried to start a save with Bordeaux but I was unable to select that French 4th Tier but it was greyed out so I would be unable to start a save there. Any Advice? I saw you made another video recommending a save with Bordeaux

We are aware that it's not possible to select 2 data files with competition changes for the same nation (so you can't combine our file for France with Timo's file that makes the 4th tier playable). A new file for France will be included in our next repack of this DLC during the first week of November that will unlock the French 4th tier on top of the rest comp changes. -Stam

This would be the go to option, and the contracts AND 1 year older files can be ignored.

The problem with the FMRTE start date file, and pretty much all the solutions to move the date forward (simulating a whole year, adding a spring-fall league etc.) is that the game will always assume that what's in the database reflects 2023 jul 1, and just simulates forward from there. So in 2024 summer you will already have some teams relegated/promoted, 1-year contracts already expired etc.

@@plcdfa You don't know how the FMRTE file works. I tested it with an updated databased and it worked fine. It's similar to add the Brazilian League and start the game in a different date than June/July 2023.
