All good, did you give your players time to learnt the tactic? Tactical familiarity across the course of the season is a big deal, pre season is a great time to develop the players knowledge of the tactic

Doesn't matter what play style you select at the beginning as long as you use instructions he says. He says attacking mentality in the video.

Those tests cant be real im sorry. That is the out of possession tactic so the half backs only drop to the back line in possession. You are gonna get smashed time and again playing one CB unless you are PSG or something. The comments seem to suggest the same.

Because the formation is the out of possession set up. So you only have one CB when defending.
