I don't think so, I think it's basically saying that the kids trapped inside the animatronics. They might be trying to let the nightguard know that it's them trapped inside the animatronics. If I remember correctly, the kids trapped inside the suits are wanting revenge and do mistake you for the purple guy (for those of you who don't know. purple guy or, William Afton, aka the guy who killed the kids.) that they are still alive and letting their "killer" know it's them.
