I think it's the screams of the guy who had the cupcake thrown on him (I forgot his name), because in this same scene in the video you take a shot of the cupcake moving its mouth and attacking the camera. Nearby 4:48 I mention it because I've seen in the comments that this shriek comes from Steve Raglan (aka William Afton) when he died from a failure in the springlocks and others say it's from Hank in the supply closet scene as well as being a pretty high-pitched scream for the kind of voice that Hank and Steve have, and Hank is heard screaming at some point in the trailer and it doesn't sound like this The scream that sounds when Springbonnie appears also seems to be from the same guy 8:53
