BOOK SPOILERS: In the book Afton killed Henrys daughter and Henry built 3-4 (I can't remember of he actually built the first animatronic after she died) in different stages of life. and he never finished Baby, because he was pouring agony into the last animatronic. Then after Henry died, Afton stole the last animatronic (Baby) and thats when the accidental scoop happened. So I feel like Baby has both kids souls in her.
