The "FNAF is SOLVED! (Five Nights at Freddy's Timeline 2023: Complete Story)" video solved when the games take place in the FNAF Lore, and with the new FNAF story "The Mimic" from the FNAF book: Nexie we solved the Security Breach timeline and some other mysteries. This video however, is an addition to that video specifically about why I think these stories actually take place within the FNAF games. I predicted this question would come from the live-reads and I promise this isn't just a response to Fuhnaff's "The BIG Twist Of FNAF Security Breach" or RyeToast's "We Were ALL WRONG About Security Breach" theories... this is called "TalesGames" by a lot of fans, which is (again) the theory that the "Tales from the Pizzaplex" FNAF Books are ALL in the FNAF Game Timeline. As someone who didn't mind the idea of a (direct) digital imprint of Afton, it would be more interesting to me if Glitchtrap existed how we previously assumed and was trying to escape the game and gain a body, but in actuality he fails and unintentionally sets the Mimic up with a reluctant follower and his program is assimilated and overpowered by Mimic1.

The mimic isn’t like that. It’s a miserable “son” that adapted the William Afton persona. He became curious on the MCI, souls, and families on his own because Edwin abandoned him. Ironically, OMC is William and helps out Cassidy whenever she’s in serious trouble dealing with it.

Just a small, minor correction: Edwin does create the animatronics. By the time of the story, he's made 17 and is working on the 18th. Page 156. He also hates doing it.

The takeaway is that FEnt was established earlier. He starts his business in the 70s, fresh out of college and marries as well with enough money for him and his wife. They use that money to buy the factory and mansion. His business fails because his wife passes and he has to be a single dad in which he then signs with FEnt 1 and a half years before this story. He’s only 24 and his wife was alive 5 years before this story. I agree he did not invent, but he physically made and they’re not copies.

The pizzaplex is too big for me to say its actual location, all I know is that if you retrace abes steps it eventually leads you to a section of the utilidoors that is fenced off and hidden by boxes, exactly where the hall to the Fazplex tower should be. I have a theory. My theory is about 10 years in the current FNAF Timeline, and AI will take over the globe. All because William Afton found out souls existed and created AI based on the spirits of Vengeful Souls.

It's impossible to say, the logic is sound. The number of switcheroo's is pretty high so anything is possible. I think there are some facts that need looking at in the start of the story, based on the years, and to me the wording of created animatronic characters feels a lil odd, but then what characters did Edwin create? I think it'd be more likely Edwin is Afton then Henry. His wife is out of the picture, he lives in a house converted into a factory, makes animatronics after being bought out, Kid dies because father is obsessed in work due to red vaguely circular object. That being said it'd make sense if henry brought someone in after the spring lock failures to help with quality assurance and creation.

wow i completely agree, and those are some SHOCKING confirmations to the tales being factually in the games, GENIUS even the interview thing with the steel wool staff!??! although, i do agree with tales being in universe with the games, i think they still do parallel the characters, just using characters that are in universe. plz read whole thing and lemme explain myself trust me bro: edwin as real as he is, is pointed out to be just a henry parallel a lot, however another point that i feel is neglected to be mentioned a lot as well is that edwin also doubles as a william parallel too. (1 character can parallel multiple game characters like Alec from the lonley freddy faz fright story sharing connections with foxybro and bite victim) specific Edwin = henry: -makes stuff -son having charlie parallels specific David = charlie: -car related death outside specific David = bite victim: -accidental, witnessed death -white tiger plush companion specific David = elizabeth: -father makes animatronic for them, (daddy didnt you maker her just for me? and features william adds in the sl cutscene she can dance, she can sing) -likes ice cream -the mimic at the end technically is david, as its copying him as an exact clone, almost like elizabeth becomes baby, (although one involves actual spirits) -killed by white baby, vrs killed by white vehical specific mimic = baby/funtimes in general: -an animatronic made for a kid by a parent -copies that kid -wears a jester costume, jesters have pointed boots and bells that dangle from those weird things from the head, which kinda like baby -mimic can wear all sorts of costumes, ennard wears mike and was in all the other sl animatronics -the mimic copies someone's voice in walkie talkie, sl have voice mimic -mimic kills kids like the sl animatronics goal is specific Edwin = William: -son having bite victim and elizabeth parallels -actually makes an animatronic for their kid -the only person in the franchise to actually take apart animatronics shown on screen (follow me) -mimic, after copying HIS violence(sorta making itself like edwin), murders a bunch of people (more of a stretch) specific mimic = william/springtrap: -mimic, after copying Edwin's violence(who may be a parallel to william), murders a bunch of people (more of a stretch) -kills a lot of people -gets sealed in the pizzeria with concrete, like springtrap might've behind a wall -is literally(not even paralleling) most likley glitchtrap and burntrap these i think are the multiple correct used interpretations for parallels specifically, however do i think mimic is baby? I don't think so. Edwin makes an animatronic for his son. the most we can draw from this statement using in game evidence is: William makes baby for elizabeth, not that baby is the mimic. i personally don't think the mimic paralleling baby means the mimic itself is baby, anymore than Edwin literally being william, as well, story characters usually parallel multiple people in games, and it wouldn't make sense i.m.o. for the mimic to be baby, funtimes, and springtrap simultaneously (as a singular animatronic, but of course could mimic william afton and is revealed and shown to have mimicked afton as burntrap and glitchtrap). to me, these parallels feel at least like very specific connections by the writer despite the many differences (which i think are due to them having parallels with multiple characters and are for story specific reasons like different setting and such), I think are in the tales books. i as well think the tales books are real, and there are parallels but the most we can ever draw from the parallels is just more elaboration for only events in game that we know have happened. (for another example, man in room 1280 is a parallel to UCN, but does that mean william is actually in a hospital as opposed to a nightmare or being stuck in hell? probably not, however it could elaborate on who the vengful spirit is by drawing connections between it and Andrew's behavior and possible parallels/identity in games) the parallels are probably kept in i.m.o. because scott wants to keep paralleling for the sake of keep paralleling to continue the same writing style as the faz frights, parallels don't exist +theorists like me are crazy because it may be the case that fnaf could be out of original ideas and treds the same ground a lot (ex: when someone dies i think: this is probably a mci or springtrapped parallel, maybe since it was an accident and bitten in the arm it could be another bite of 83 parallel...), a combination of both, or lastly why would toy chica be missing her beak, because memories (like ones bv has) still linger and control the present repeating previous motifs (toy chica's beak missing irl and in toy form, bite of 83 and bite of 87, and perhaps the games characters and ongoing side tales stories) with agony or something.

I've watched all three videos mentioned (RyeToast, FuhNaff, and the previous version of this one) and I like parts of each. I also understand why each KZbinr chose the direction they did. It's wild that anyone is getting hate over stories about murder robots. Everything here makes a lot of sense and I could definitely see this being the final result. It's just that I don't like the idea of a third animatronic inventor with a dead kid whose software has been used by Fazbear since the 1980s suddenly becoming a big player in the story. I almost would have preferred MatPat's Mrs. Afton to pop up...almost. Anyway, I guess we won't know if Edwin, Daniel, Mr. Burrows, etc. 100% existed unless they appear/are name-checked in the games. And it doesn't really matter--they're all dead by the events of SB. But I think we've all already agreed on the most important part: Burntrap and Glitchtrap are some version of the Mimic software and possibly the Mimic hardware. I'm also really looking forward to the Pizzaplex book with the Tiger on the cover. I have the feeling there's going to be another twist before the end.

And I actually am on board with following new protagonist and characters like edwin (the man literally went as far as being high up before dying hello?) Ive been having the same gripes with the “mimic and edwin are parallels to mainline story” theory, because if edwin is henry then the puppet is mimic??? what?! That doesn’t make any sense at all. I’m incline to the theory that charlie might still linger around at the pizzaplex along with the blob (and probably mike) but that’s about all the reach i can grapple while still having a sort of understanding to the whole story. Canon simply means "An official work approved/recognized by the author/publication". So everything Cawthon has approved is canon. Continuity is the unbreaking flow of time within a fictional universe. Every FNAF game, book, comic, and soon film that is approved by Scott is canon, but not all exist within the same continuity.

Nobody in this fandom uses that definition of canon. When a fnaf fan talks about canon, they exclusively mean "set in the game timeline" The only exceptions are scott himself and people correcting others on the definition of canon

Fuh-NAF made a solid theory, though 2 things seem out of place. 1. The Mimic being Glitchtrap makes no sense, at least imo, as Springtrap himself is confirmed to be scanned for HW with the FNAF 3 moments and his other appearances in the game. The mimic could easily be what William's and GF's agony latched onto to actually become the virus we see, plus the mimic is broken apart by Henry and since their's only one at the time, William likely used the parts not only for Baby but all the Funtime animatronics. That explains many things, like: a. How the Funtimes are attacking Michael (who looks like William) and other people in the bunker as the mimic was viciously attacked. b. Why the Funtimes wanted to be combine into one to begin with. c. And Henry saying all his creations and things he had a hand in making, instead soully just mentioning the Puppet and William. And 2. Baby being the big bad does make sense but while her presence is notable in Security Breach, it makes more sense for her spirit to be around more so the Baby herself. If Charlie is indeed haunting the Pizzaplex, then it would make sense for Elizabeth to also haunt the Pizzaplex as she wants William's plan to happen so she would choose to stay like Charlie to continue the plan. The Silver Eyes outright draws a connection between them and with Henry vs William, their daughters would fight eachother as well

I think the parallels to book Henry are a way to bring elements of the books into the game continuity. Edwin acts as a kind of Silver Eyes version of Henry. I’m guessing the fact that he cried into the tiger plush will also come back in a similar parallel.

edwin might be similar to games henry, but he's the opposite of books henry, henry replaced his daughter with a robot after her death and became delusional, for edwin it's clear from the start that he doesn't even consider the idea of robots replacing humans; when the mimic goes to him holding the plush and asking for ice crea just like david did, edwin snaps, if it was book henry he would have said "mhh... i'll now make a suit for you so you look just like david and i'll pretend he never died".

I’m seeing it more as Edwin is inheriting ideas from the Silver Eyes books that weren’t part of the main timeline. The Ella doll wasn’t possessed by Charlie but by Henry’s grief. Each Charlie bot believed it was human but wasn’t even possessed like Baby or the Puppet or the main 5. So Charlie bots are more like Mimic, especially if it now believes it is human (or Afton).

@@fnaffoxy1987 the tales from the pizzaplex is 100% canon to the game timeline. The very first story in tales is a direct sequel to the Frights stories, connecting the Tales and Frights timelines to the Games. Scott cawthon told us that some of the frights were "Directly connected to the games" when he first announced them on a steam post. Also for clarifications sake, when I say the "Stitchline" is canon, I'm not specifically talking about just the stitchwraith. The Stitchline is specifically the epilogues and the 13 (14 depending on how you interpret "The New Kid") stories directly connected to it. The Stitchline gives us a concrete explanation on what UCN is, which is further corroborated by the games. The stitchline also finally answers what the hell is up with Midnight Motorist. I haven't read the Tales books yet, I haven't gotten around to it but I might start tomorrow, but you piqued my interest with answers on what Midnight Motorist is about. This might be a harder one to answer, but do you know which Fazbear's Frights stories are part of the stitchline, and therefore a part of the games, or at least where I can find that? Thanks for the help on advance, it's hard to keep up with FNAF sometimes. It generally moves slow so I think I'm up to date, then I wake up and there's 3 novels worth of new information out of left field.

@@amitassasson1893 nothing from the stitchline could be mentioned in the games since they take place during the huge gaps between games on the timeline, and most of them don't leave any witnesses to report them. (Also since they weren't finished being written during 6 and UCN the only games they could actually be refrenced in HW and SB and nothing from the frights is relevant to those games, so they unsurprisingly aren't mentioned)

MIDNIGHT MOTORIST: I recently started watching FNAF lore videos a couple days ago for some reason and havent paid a lot of attention to the franchise since FNAF 4 so Im aware that I could be missing something obvious but I think this theory makes a lot of sense story wise. So either this theory solves racism or Im an idiot :D Orange guy: I think everybody at this point thinks that orange guy is Afton but why is that? Isnt literally the only evidence for Afton that the orange guy has a purple car just like Afton and the phrase "later that night" meaning that Afton drives the same car later that night he killed Charlie? But check this out. Literally every car is purple in midnight motorist. So what makes more logical sense. The orange and purple guys being different and they just have a same color car or that they are a same guy because the car color is same. Also the house in the minigame is not any of the known Afton houses (Fnaf4 gameplay and minigames). Also all the other minigames in Fnaf 6 before Midnight motorist refer to the MCI and is about Aftons victims so I think "later that night" could refer to the MCI. What happens in Midnight motorist: I think we are playing as Henry because orange is the opposite of purple so that would make alot of sense. Henry started drinking after death of Charlie and JR's is a bar where he cant go because hes too drunk. (I dont have any theory for the grave so lets move on) In the books Henry has twins Charlie and Sammy so he could easily have a son in the games as well. So the person watching tv is Henrys wife and she says the thing "dont bother him hes had a rough day" and Henry checks the window outside and the son has escaped to "that place again" meaning some Freddies location. All of this makes sense because the son starts to rebell because he mourns Charlies death and starts going to the Freddy location to look for his dead sister and the wife saying "hes had a rough day" meaning he mourns the death of charlie. Now the footprints. I think "later that night" refers to the MCI and the animatronic footprint is Afton in a golden bonnie suit and he either lured Henrys son out of the house or he broke in and captured him because its kinda strange the window is broken and not just open. So basically Henrys son is one of the Missing Children victims The Identity of Henrys son: Now here comes the juicy part. Cassidy is Henrys son. First of all I dont get this why everyone just accepted that Cassidy is a girl just because of the name. Theres alot of evidence that its a boy for example the animatronics in the ultimate custom night say "HE is the one you should heve not killed" plus Scott used his son as the picture for Cassidy. Plus 6% of Cassidys in U.S. are boys so the name could just be a troll making this harder to solve. So again what makes more logical sense. Cassidy is a boy that just has a girly name because hes referred as HE and Scott used his son as the picture or its a girl but the animatronics refer to her as a he just for some reason? Plus I always found it odd that Cassidy plays such a significat role in the game and yet we dont know anything about him or his motives and why he specifiacly is "the one you should have not killed" It would make alot more sense that Cassidy is Henrys son and wants to revenge Afton for killing his sister and all his friends. Plus I think it would be kinda poetic that Fredbear would be posessed by both Williams and Henrys sons since it was their first creation that started the whole story. Crying child and FNAF4: Check this out. The crying child and Cassidy were best friends (it would make alot of sense because they are Williams and Henrys sons) and the thing the crying child saw was the MCI and the death of all his friends. And thats why hes scared off all the Fredbear pizzerias and specifically Fredbear because he saw Cassidy getting stuffed in it. It would also make sense for the crying child to see the MCI because all the friends wouldve go look for Charlie in the Pizzeria as said earlier in this theory. It would also explain why the Crying child has no friends at his birthday party because theyre all dead (sad face) the crying childs plushies are possessed by his friends and the fredbear plush is Cassidy. And at the death scene of the Crying Child all of fredbears lines belong to Cassidy. "were still youre friends", "im sorry" meaning Cassidys sorry for the Crying childs death because at that point Fread bear was already posessed by Cassidy. And "I will put you back together" meaning he makes Crying child posses Fredbear with him. Then in the good ending in FNAF 3 the souls can finally have their birthdayparty and everybody lives happily ever after in heaven THE END GOOD BYE :D

I think the story The Mimic kind of destroys the possibility of these books being canon. The big reason is that they mentioned how the sticky note room in SB was made by Edwin, David, and the Mimic. The problem is that Edwin is a clear connection to Henry and the sticky note room doorway is called “CharlieDoor” in the files, therefore proving that Edwin and David are parallel to Henry and Charlie.

I forget who it was that said this, but I remember watching a video that threw out the fact that Baby might be the Mimic. Since in Fnaf World, we see who is presumed to be Henry apologize to us for creating Baby before she kills him. I think that's something theorists (note: im theorists) tend to forget about - before the books had the Charlie Bots and before Baby's crew was stamped with "Afton Robotics", our first introduction to Baby was through her murdering who has long since been assumed to be Henry. I don't really know what to do with this information, and to be clear I don't think it contradicts what you've said here, but I wanted to put that out there.

It doesn’t make sense. Fnaf world is a William creation and William is just like Michael in having a weirdly undying body. It could instead be that Baby was reprogramed to kill William against her will because William was recording and leaking the dangerous nature of his Funtime animatronics.

I don’t see Henry being the one to build the security puppet. William is far more likely to be its creator because he based the puppet on his son. Just like how William took everything he saw in fnaf4 (as the Fredbear plushy) to build Plushtrap (the spring Bonnie kid), toy chica (the girl playing with toy chica with an absent beak), and balloon boy (a literal fat fuck).

Personally I hope that the books are not canon directly to the games. Although i don't know much of the takes off the pizzaplex, i know that Fazbear Frights is weird and i expect no less from tales. I'd prefer the two to be separate so tales could be as weird as Scott wants it to be without it affecting the games but hey you never know 😔

The frights stories that are actually canon to the games aren't that weird, and Tales from the pizzaplex has so far stayed pretty grounded, with all of it's super weird shit being related to VR so it's got excuse to be whacky

We can’t say for sure we know that at least GGY is cannon but the rest of the series not so much especially due to the fact the setting doesn’t match the normal pizzaplex and there is a reason that they changed the wording in the description probably because not all stories are canon remember that most things a worded a certain way on purpose we can’t say for certain that they are canon because that just opens a whole new can of worms

The pizzaplex is the stories not matching is explained in the books. The pizzaplex constantly gets rebuilt and refurbished. We see the pizzaplexs transformation from something completely different into a game accurate plex over the course of the books

@@CrabsOnPaintCrew the tree was taken down back when the pizzaplex was still a circle, it's long gone by the time of SB, that's why nothing remains of it. There was never a waterpark in the pizzaplex, idk what you're talking about. The waterpark in drowning is entirely virtual, and the waterpark in submechanipobia is not part of the pizzaplex, it's a completely separate location. There are no inconsistencies. Everything lines up down to the smallet details like Gils waterbottle still being in the fnaf 6 location. There is not "too little to confirm or deny" The tales gives us boatloads of confirmations. There is no valid reason to deny tales being gameline other than "I don't want them to be" The evidence is all there, laid out plain and simple.

the Tales from the Pizzaplex books cant be directly canon cuz in Happs: Help Wanted the story is that Steve made FNAF 1, FNAF 2, FNAF 3, & half of FNAF 4, and then another guy made the rest of FNAF 4, FNAF World, SL, PS, & UCN but FNAF World references Chipper & Sons, The Desolate Hope, Kitty in the Crowd, the Pilgrim's Progress, There Is No Pause Button!, & Legacy of Flan along with showing the creator's face
