I got the MiniStreak with silent reds 3 months ago but it's just so hard to press the keys down. I have a hard time counter-strafing and jiggle peeking but besides that I love the board, so I decided to order the Streak 65 with the orange speed switches like in this vid. Your review helped me know that the switches are going to be fast and nice and easy to press. Thanks!

Now all low profile switch has mx stem, kailh choc v2, gateron low profile, outemu low profile. DSA profile should be great on those. Just waiting for high end low profile to arrive to custom keebs scene.

keep in mind DSA profile caps hit keyboard plate with its edges as in stock caps stem is extruded beyond caps edge which is not the case with DSA. I know, i checked for myself.

today i send my 2. streak65 back because both had problems with loud metallic stabs. first on the backspace key and the second a really loud spacebar. it's a different quality from what i saw at youtube reviewers. i think they get better quality checks on their products

@@soberanisfam1323 Very subjective and dependent on your workspace. In my experience low profile stuff is easier to integrate without other tweaks to your workspace (desk height, wrist wrests, etc.), while it's a lot easier to tweak the keyboard itself (switches/keycaps/case/layout) in full height. It's not as though one is explicitly better than the other, but they do have their pros and cons.

There is the RKB68 from Morgrie that is also a low profile 65% though it uses the choc v1 swtiches. The low pro dye sub pbt keycaps on the rkb are a lot better quality though, though you may or may not like the rounder aesthetic of that board and the slightly higher price.

You’re right. People are just more familiar these days with GMK as opposed to saying Cherry profile. Most Cherry profile, companies just call OEM profile. Just adds to the confusion.

Yo Brian can you say something about the consistency of actuation force based on where you press a key? I had it with the G915 TKL that most keys were WAY harder to press on the outer corners, especially with shift etc, which really sucks.

Had issues with the USB C cable provided, where i would plug it in, and it wouldn't light up or type. nada. Used my own usbc works fine. Also note worthy, the switches sitting above the fnatic logo on my copy is seated perfectly. not warped in the slightest. Boards amazing and worth the purchase. just toss that trash USB cable
