Well done hun. I'm 43 and i have FND. I'm the same but you are much younger than me. The illness is awful. I'm rubbish at pacing. I'm on lamotrigine a mood stabiliser and antiepileptic. It's def helped. I take other meds. It's so unpredictable. I'm much better now but I can be great and then it starts up again. Keep fighting you are amazing.💖I have palatal clicking it's pretty annoying. My moods alter alot but continue doing what I can. I rest up to recharge. You should be very proud of yourself xx

I'm in Yorkshire,diagnosed a month ago ,in a wheelchair ,would be so thankful to get in touch and ask you advice and help me to understand how one minute I'm walking the next I'm.in a wheelchair for the past year, how can I help myself ect ,please get in touch 😁

Sorry for everyone who suffers through this and finds the tools. Medical cannabis oil has really reduced my seizures 🤩. Curcumin has helped my pain as well. There are answers.
