So Ofc, if he tries to go in the basement and meet oxaya, he gets shotted by Jeff because he doesn’t want anyone to know about him. Because Jeff doesn’t really like oxaya that much when he was born. He said, “ IM NOT GOTTA TAKE CARE THIS FREAK OF NATURE!” Because oxaya was an Anthropomorphic Monkey, not as the same ears with the family. Jeff always had to abuse him or beat him up, then made him starved and locked him in the basement, but fluffy was the only one who gives him food. That’s how the lore is
