Backstory: After killing the devil, Cuphead in his head finally wakes up, he attempts to head for the light as he awoke in darkness, but the evil entity that took control over him blocked his path. He's a little confused for a second, then everything the entity has done up with his body floods into his mind all at once. Disgusted, cuphead attacks the entity with almost no hesitation, however the entity wants to keep control over cuphead's body, so it retaliates. And so, the battle for control ensues.
