The bf’s microphone is not visible because it is behind the pico sprite. As for the pico’s gun, in one of the animations about him he had 2 such guns, so why doesn't Pico use his second gun

Honestly while I love the concept and it starts strong, I feel the part with all the other enemies taking their turns drags on way too long. There's not much variation in energy and tone and it gets monotonous without any bridges or choruses to break things up. It's kind of mentally fatiguing to listen to that level of intensity for an extended time. It's kind of hard to explain the feeling.
