what I was getting with 2C23T ... as good as we can expect with 8bit, small screen and at that pricing:) 1 difference is 2C23T allows horizontal positioning... still, not up to this task I do like that test box you put together Ian

Yeah a bit too much to ask I think Denis. Just a bit of fun…Dollar store wooden box. Knocked up as temporary about 2 years ago 🤣 Cheers 👍

How were you able to do this with no attenuator?
@TheGibby33407 ай бұрын
There is no direct contact. It’s only a small voltage induced into the lead laying on the coil housing. It poses little hazard to the scope so long as there is no known fault of the coil arcing. Although the risk of that possibility is not Zero.

Perhaps a well placed mirror can be used to invert the image for viewing

For those that would prefer a “traditional” view, that’s a clever thought. Thanks for watching. 🍻

@@TheGibby3340 there’s a lot of people just starting out young where $20 is a lot of money for them and they need to be shown there somewhere they can start and learn and still be able to produce work so they can make more money feed themselves and their families We are more fortunate so we could spread our knowledge to others and help them learn and get ahead in life was very inexpensive.
