Although you call this "an in-depth look," this basically describes a public relations tour by a profit-making company. There's no evidence of critical questioning, and it cannot be in-depth without detainee and guard interviews. You didn't even see the solitary detention area. Very superficial, but somewhat interesting to see part of the facility.

Not all of them are criminal. I also pay taxes for everything in this country and I really feel good knowing that because of me some people can get food and protection while they wait in those places, mostly for people who are seeking for political asylum.

Honestly, this video is so stupid. Making it seem like these people are being treated with respect and with care. My boyfriend had stitches antes de ir allí and they got infected 2 days in there and the doctors did absolutely nothing! Wouldn't even remove the stitches when the doctor told him he needed to! They're treated less than what a human should be treated, you news casts have no idea. Disrespectful.

@Venice Wyatt - Why would 100 girls all try to enter the country at the same time? Did they have proper documents? How old are they? There could be 1,000 different reasons as to why they are being detained. Right now, they are propably checking them for Covid-19. Either way, if CPB doesnt have a way to run a background check on them, they are gonna sit until a court date. We have a right to know the history of everyone trying to enter our country. Coming to America is a priviledge, not a right. Nobody owes them anything. If they dont like it, stay home.
