My right outer knee and hip have been giving me trouble lately. My sister introduced me to foam rolling, which worked wonders on my upper back and shoulder stiffness. I’m gonna give these exercises a try. Thanks for the video!

Yes, I would likely just use a tennis ball rather because it will get it a bit better.
