Thank you for this great video. I woke up 11 months ago with painful tennis and golfers elbow in both arms from a gym workout. I no longer have pain but it's definitely not healed. I feel it at the oddest times.

Would you be able to show any exercises to do for this?

People who have chronic tendon pain in their forearm tendons (either or both sides) and no degeneration on these tendons usually have **ADHESIONS** in their muscles and/or tendons. In my case, what helped A LOT is : 1) shockwave therapy on the muscles and tendons (rest periods of 5-8 days when the muscles clearly have sensitive spots during and after the treatments), 2) adhesion release methods DONE PROPERLY (for example, well executed pin and stretch techniques), 3) systemic enzymes like nattokinase and serrapeptase and 4) well-planned relatively heavy weight training (you start with lower weights and slowly increase through months). Shockwave therapy really is/was the best treatment for me, especially when done on muscles. It also helps make tendons less sensitive temporarily if you treat them with shockwave, but it lasts only 3 weeks I'd say. If you have tendon degeneration, then it's completely different. If the shockwave therapy is strong enough, I think it's supposed to damage the degenerated part to either destroy it and make the area less painful OR to destroy it and make it heal properly (start a new healing process). There are also people with calcification in their tendons and shockwave therapy is an option when the pain is still there after 12-18 months.

Thanks for sharing! Yes - shockwave is definitely something to consider if you have a chronic case.
