When I first started modeling, I wanted to get long, lean muscles. That's why my personal trainer at the time introduced me to the foam roller. Yes, you use it to stretch out and get knots out of your back, but it can also be a great workout tool. In this video, I brought in fitness expert Christine Bullock to demonstrate some of our favorite foam roller workout moves.
