There is a minimal amount of smoke associated with processing foam through the Recyk. That being said, we always recommend operating in a well ventilated area.

even it is a minimal amount of smoke, it contains HFC's which are more harmful than that of carbon dioxide.

Thank you for your input. Our manufacturer has done extensive Air Quality testing on our machines and has passed all tests to be safe for operation. The Niosh Health Hazard Evaluation for CDC found that "All results were below applicable occupational exposure limits".
