I can say this " thank u for helping people with this disorder. " be nice if a huge named musician would get the word out about it. To have a balanced life_ family , friends, work ,music. To play with a metrenome, to hear your body if it hurts . I played 8 hours a day for 4 years with some breaks of course. No wonder I have it . Musicians need to have someone explain this is a very dangerous way to play

As a fellow fd challenged musician I certainly wished I knew about this decades ago. Grateful to learn now though. All the exercises Ruth gives help me feel much better all around.
