I remember when Chris played Mindy Cohn of 'The Facts of Life' in one of the skits where they were former child stars that had turned to crime and were holed up at their safe house. I wish I could find that one on KZbin. He was hilarious doing Mindy.

I had the pleasure of cooking for Chris Farley, when I worked at Morton's Steakhouse on La Cienega Boulevard. He seemed really tense, an uncomfortable .
@williamshaw90474 жыл бұрын
What did he have? There's a funny Conan interview with Sandler where he said Farley would typically order three entrees and then ask them to bring him two of each. Plus sides and the rest. He also had a habit of putting a tablespoon of butter on EVERY bite of steak he ate. He explained, "It needs a hat!"

You have had to see the original infomercial to really appreciate the humor. They came very close to it. Very funny.

The writing of this sketch is amazing, but the execution is just as phenomenal. The beats in this thing are perfect to a T.

If you've ever seen the actual stupid infomercial, this has to be the best possible parody of it.

I remember it, and I remember seeing this at that time, and they absolutely nailed it. This sketch was so genius because there aren’t any gags, they literally just copied it.

I remember when this came out was so great as this was a parody of one of the first infomercials and long before Jim Carey would parody it on In Living Color.
@williamshaw90474 жыл бұрын
The point of the ILC parody was that Lori Davis was so ugly that ANYONE would feel attractive next to her. At the end, Davis/Carrey said, "With the Lori Davis family of products, you look BEAUTIFUL...because I DON'T!"
