I feel alone. I am married with children, special needs kids. I don't have any friends. So I struggle a lot in my faith. Please pray for me. Thank you.

❤ You are not alone. God is always with us in our most difficult moments. Praying for you, and your family. Perhaps reach out to your local faith/church family as well and find another parent locally with kiddos with special needs to share time and talk with. Some communities also have groups just for parents with special needs for this very reason. I pray for God to give you His strength and energy, and for other mums and friends who can share the burden with you and your husband. 🙏

🙏I find that the biggest thing that helps with my faith is reading the Bible. And you'll find that when faith increases, fear decreases. Your life situation is very challenging. Something needs to be added or subtracted, probably. Suggestions: counseling with someone from your church, join a ladies Bible study - they are the ones that will understand you the most, think about someone in your life that you admire even if you don't know them well, tell them that you're struggling and ask to have a coffee break with them so that you can pick your brain. Good luck. Prayers sent up.

I’m so sorry sweetie, isolation is horrible! Are there support groups you can connect with online or in person? It’s sooo important. This is a tough road you are on and the Lord is definitely with you, but I’m praying He provides others to encourage you and help you stay connected to Jesus. I’m going through a really hard season and my brothers and sisters in Christ have helped by encouraging me and keeping me in prayer. May the Lord give you joy in the storm 🙏❤

Yes! This is spot on. I totally feel like I need permission to slow down even though nobody in my life is pressuring need in any way. The difficulty is that I don't feel like I have any balls I can stop juggling. I keep trying, looking for ways to be more efficient. But in reality, when I can't decompress, it's very stressful and it's difficult to be happy or joyful.

What she is saying works well in most marriages. But if you are in a destructive marriage, all it does is enable your spouse to continue to mistreat you because they know you won't hold them accountable. I absolutely love the podcast that Leslie Vernick and Lysa Terkeurst did together recently.

I appreciate hearing Sally give herself permission to take tea times for self; to allow self to lament, to love husband and give him support as my service to God. Also -- to find what re-fuels me - make a plan and not assume and be aware of how Jesus 'companions' Me!! Thank you!!

Tremendous wisdom, thank you for sharing your hard earned valuable insights! (Side note: God doesn’t whisper! The idea that God commonly speaks to His people in indistinct whispers undermines faith, because while we might occasionally have an intuitive thought that turns out to be remarkably accurate, those “inner promptings” are more frequently wrong than right. And the person who believes God is speaking through such means will eventually have to conclude either (falsely) that the voice of God is unreliable, misleading, and often totally wrong - or (correctly) that those gentle whispers are not the voice of God at all. 2 Peter 1:19-21

13 But I think it is right, as long as I am in this tent, to stir you up by a reminder, 14 knowing that the putting off of my tent is soon, even as our Master Jesus the Messiah made clear to me. 15 And I willl do my utmost also, to see to it that you always have a reminder of these matters after my departure. 16 For we did not follow cleverly devised stories when we made known to you the power and coming of our Master Jesus Messiah, but were eye-witnesses of His superbness. 17 For when He received respect and esteem from Elohim the Father, such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Esteem, “This is My Son, the Beloved in whom I did delight.” 18 And we heard this voice which came from heaven when we were with Him on the set-apart mountain. 19 And we have the prophetic word made more certain, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning ⭐ rises in your hearts, 20 knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture came to be of one’s own interpretation, 21 for prophecy never came by the desire of man, but men of Elohim spoke, being moved by the Set-apart Spirit. 2 Pet 1:13-21
