This was absolutely amazing! I am taking away many nuggets such as: “None of us is smarter then all of us”. I loved this because it exemplifies that we need each other and teamwork makes the dream work. Collaboration is necessary in the working field. Another take away for me is IRS I =Inevitable R= Resilience S = Strength All three of these character traits need to be developed in the life of a leader... no matter the gender.
