How do i getbp create a full stereo mix ? .. so i’m able to pan certain instruments on my left ear or right .. below the cuex mix the pan does not work or pan from the channel it self does not work either ... i have studio pro 3 , focusrite LS56 interface and Headamp 6 by art .. thanks

Very informative; I practiced this and works, thanks for the video! Now my real issue is that I use TWO Clarett 8preX; no matter what I do i can not hear all 16 channel inputs of my drums (actually I am using only 12 ch, which is why I got two Clarett instead of one) This is how I set them up; One on top of the other, bottom one connects to top one via one ADAT cable from out on Bottom to In on top; thunderbolt cable to iMac running latest High Sierra from top one; bottom one is set to standalone, top one set to ADAT , I want to monitor my mix coming from Studio One via Headphone 1( can hear either one interface channels but not both even when I see signals on the clarett even when they are locked!) -- I am not sure which one suppose to be set to Adat or internal, usually they do not sync other than a particular setting but then they sync, the inputs and outputs shows on S1P but no full monitoring! It is driving me insane and Sweetwater and Focusrite "engineers" can not fix it!..today I was having an awful crackling noise in the interfaces every time the adat cable was inserted ( I got 4 and tried one by one with same result) noticed the sample rate would want to stay at 48khz but if I managed to changed to 44.1 the noise would go away..Focusrite engineer have no clue why this is happening, he says I may have a "bad" interface! also when the noise is present, the quality of whatever you can hear on the headphone is distorted and full of noise again..play with the settings then it goes away then all is clean and the interfaces locked both you can hear only the channels of the one with the thunderbolt cable (top) not bottom one..if I invert the hardware I get the same thing! I did not have this issues few days back but I have never been able to fully monitor full mix properly; it was working with full mix few days ago but I have the drums too low in my headphones; I can lay the tempo right even with the click track cranked up because I hear the drums outside the headphones and they overpower the mixed tracks that I suppose to lay drums on! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP??? This is becoming fast a very expensive paperweight as it does not works the way I want it to and for which I bought them! I am very close as to send them back! My friend who sends me the track to lay drums he says it is because Studio One Pro; he uses Motus Digital Performer 9.5 and told me to get rid of Studio One because he can not help me to set it up right but I have been watching your videos and understand Studio One sees the interfaces; it sees the inputs and outputs in I/O setup I can add or delete what I do not need; Engineers say that using ADAT channel 9 will show as input 13 in Studio one Pro..if I delete form I/O the loop inputs, the SPDIF input I can only have the inputs i need and match to those of the interface, in the Output page in Studio One I only have the main outputs with 1-2 and Headphone 1 set to 7-8 marked cue, which is my mix from Studio one, once I find out what is going on and what I am doing wrong! Again, will appreciate your help! Thanks!

Man I am having a tuff time configuring my apollo 8p using my scarlet 18i20 3rd as a standalone preamp going into an 8chnnl summing mixer and back into pro tools. 😫?????somebody help me???

Man, this would be great if it worked with Scarlett Mix Control. Plus, my Studio One 4 is nothing like this. My Que Mixes only show up on tracks and not buses, the exact opposite as the example shown... Don't it figure :-)
