Shall we do fogging before cycloplegic or midriatic dilation or after dialation

Fogging is done to relax the accommodation, cycloplegic also relax the accommodation. ✓You can do fogging where cycloplegic refraction is not possible. ✓You can do fogging to balance the accommodation in Post mydriatic treatment also.

Place cylinder power in 3d compound of Trial Frame and then do fogging with spherical power

We do Duochrome to identify best monocular acceptance. After Monocular acceptance we need to balance the accommodation in both eyes.
