Foil Surfing a High Aspect Foil that’s 4ft in Wingspan

Foil Wings are constantly evolving and improving. Dont get left behind! Im blown away by the performance of this new 1125 sq cm high aspect wing i got. Thing looks really nice, has a 4 ft wingspan and only around 6 inches chord!

you had mentioned you make your own boards? what filler and paint do you use for that?

Yes. Still make my own boards. I use spackle mixed with water to a runny toothpaste consistency to fill the small voids and imperfections. I don’t paint my boards. Just epoxy resin. See through boards.

Thanks for sharing this video. Does high aspect mean it will travel faster, all other things being equal?

Not necessarily, but HA foils are way more efficient and you travel way further with each pump (longer glide)

I have the rs1150, does this new foil glide and pump a lot better than the rs1150

Absolutely! The P1125 HA won't turn as easy but you can pump way easier than the RS1150 and go slower without coming down.

I have the rs1150 as well and love it. Yes, what gofoil said. Pump and glide is way more efficient than 1150. But you sacrifice slower, wider turning. Less effort to pump it and keep it going.
