Foley Catheter Care At Home: When to call the doctor

Thank you for your video. Very concise. I was fitted with a Foley on Aug29, and haven't had any issues at all, other than not sleeping very well. Its actually been a good thing as I broke my leg(tib/fib) in a fall on Oct 7th. It has actually made life living in a wheelchair, sofa, and bed much easier. Thanks again!

Oh yes, it's so much easier. I only have to empty the bag 3 or 4 times a day. I spend most all of my day either in bed or on the sofa and use a wheelchair for mobility. I'm supposed to attend a wedding out of state next weekend, and the Foley will make the trip and all the events so much easier for me and my family. I "hope" I get to keep it for the next 4-6 months until I'm upright again.
